ComputerEase is a useful system to track costs for users’ projects and their accounting. Users like how it records expenses easily and lets them set up multiple databases in a group. Some users think that its interface is outdated and could use an update. The reporting feature isn’t very user-friendly as users had to force feed data to create a report and could not send reports from the program itself. With the limited information we had, reviewers didn’t talk about many cons.

Vista By Viewpoint is a robust software solution that provides comprehensive tools that can do anything from finance to project management to HR. Users can track and automate almost any detail of construction costs and reporting. It offers integration with various modules such as Viewpoint One, HR Management Tools, Jobpac and more for efficient workflows. It has almost infinite possibilities for customization so that it can be tailored to the needs of the company. Reviewers said that due to the robust features available, it can take time to master the program. New releases seem to be rushed at times and may be buggy, creating problems with fields that have been customized. Some users said that when switching to the cloud, response times appear to be somewhat delayed, and the system can freeze when clicking on applications. Customer support is slow to respond, and users wished complex issues could be resolved more quickly.
