The only plus for Kronos Ready is that it is Internet based.
Feels like it was made by developers for developers, not for HR/Payroll administration.
While I was not on the implementation team, everyone that was left within five month of implementation. I had zero experience with Kronos and was provided little instruction from Kronos support unless I knew the specific questions to ask.

No paper, no punching. Just log into my computer to clock in when I arrive and clock out when I leave. I can also adjust my punch by emailing Payroll so my mistakes are correctable.
If I'm having computer issues it can be necessary for me to fill out a form and have the boss approve it to have my punch added.
No waiting on line to punch in. If I arrive a couple of minutes early I have plenty of time to log on or off.
