Microsoft Whiteboard leans on its ties to Teams, OneNote, and Outlook. You get sticky notes, templates, ink-to-shape, and an infinite canvas, which covers basic brainstorming well. Users like how easy it is to pick up. The tradeoff is that integrations outside Microsoft are thin, and reviewers note slowness after Windows updates.

myViewBoard is built around education. It works with ViewSonic ViewBoard, Promethean Board, and Smart Board, and adds screen recording, live casting, QR code sharing, and interactive quizzes.
