Cons What we dislike about myInterview and Interviewer AI: **Lack of Personal Touch:** User reviews mention that video interviews can sometimes feel impersonal, lacking the nuances of face-to-face interaction. **Technical Issues:** As with any technology-dependent tool, there's always the risk of technical glitches during interviews, potentially impacting the flow and candidate experience. **Lower TrustRadius Rating:** While myInterview receives high ratings on many platforms, its lower score on TrustRadius (5.3 out of 10) suggests that some users might have encountered issues or found the software less satisfactory. **Limited Emotional Intelligence:** User reviews mention that Interviewer AI lacks the ability to read social cues and adjust interview questions based on candidate responses. **Potential for Bias:** While AI is intended to reduce bias, user reviews express concerns that AI-powered assessments might inadvertently favor certain candidate profiles over others. **Candidate Authenticity:** User reviews highlight the risk of candidates using AI tools to generate responses during assessments, potentially undermining the accuracy of candidate evaluations. ### Our Review Is myInterview the "main stage" for your hiring process? This software aims to streamline recruitment with asynchronous video interviews, but does it hit all the right notes? User reviews from the last year reveal a somewhat discordant melody. While many appreciate the platform's user-friendly interface and customizable features, allowing them to tailor interview questions and branding, some sour notes linger. Several users bemoan the lack of features, such as the inability to export videos, and express frustration with occasional technical glitches and unresponsive customer support. One user even likened the pricing to a "sour note," claiming it to be five times higher than competitors offering comparable services. A standout feature is the free enterprise-grade version with predictive analytics and automated shortlisting, a boon for high-volume hiring. However, the absence of certain functionalities, like video exporting, raises concerns. This missing piece can be a dealbreaker for organizations reliant on comprehensive candidate data management. Overall, myInterview seems most harmonious with mid-market and large businesses seeking to streamline high-volume, entry-level recruitment. Smaller organizations or those requiring advanced features might find themselves searching for a different tune. Show more Is Interviewer AI all it's cracked up to be? User reviews from the past year paint a largely positive picture of Interviewer AI, a video interviewing software designed to streamline the hiring process. Users consistently highlight its effectiveness in automating candidate evaluations, saving them significant time and effort. For instance, one user mentioned that Interviewer AI's auto-pilot feature allows them to "get an idea on candidates' personality as well as their experience to match the job requirement" without wasting time on those who aren't a good fit. This automated pre-screening, powered by AI-driven skill tests, is a key differentiator that sets Interviewer AI apart from traditional methods. However, some users have pointed out limitations, such as the 10-minute interview time limit, which could feel rushed for certain roles. While the software's user interface has seen improvements, there's still room for enhancement in terms of intuitiveness and navigation. Overall, Interviewer AI appears best suited for companies with high-volume recruitment needs, particularly for technical roles where its skill-based assessments shine. Its ability to objectively evaluate both hard and soft skills provides valuable insights, enabling recruiters to focus on the most promising candidates and make informed hiring decisions.
