##### How verification affects rankings

Vendors can’t pay to earn a specific score. Here’s what verified products receive: 

1. **Two-part score adjustment:**  
  1. **Baseline:** 3-5% for verification participation (varies by category).
  2. **Accuracy:** Additional adjustment for existing scores depending on how public data compares to verified information.
  3. **Net result:** These components can offset each other. While score increases are most common, verified scores may also decrease or stay the same.
2. **Priority leaderboard placement:** if scores are tied with non-verified products.
3. **An “Analyst Verified” badge** to clearly show which products are verified vs. not.
4. **An analyst score** for vendors that didn’t previously have one.

If you're running a smaller operation or need a lightweight solution, it's likely more than you need.

The platform shines when you have complex, repeatable hiring needs. It builds role-specific benchmarks from your own employee performance data, then scores candidates against those benchmarks using behavioral and cognitive assessments.
