You get to-do lists, message boards, file storage, and built-in chat — everything your team needs to stay on the same page without hunting through different apps. It works well for small and mid-sized teams, freelancers, and anyone who doesn't need heavy-duty project planning tools. If your team runs on Microsoft tools, though, it won't plug in as cleanly as you might hope, and its integration options overall are limited. Microsoft Project goes much deeper on the planning side.
