Planview pulls project, resource, and portfolio management into one platform. Users call it strong for complex enterprise portfolios, especially when you need lean portfolio management, agile program delivery, and enterprise architecture in one stack. The tradeoff is the learning curve — reviewers note it isn't intuitive and onboarding takes real time.

OnePlan takes a lighter approach. Users praise the intuitive interface and the tight integration with Microsoft Project, Teams, Azure DevOps, and Jira. If you're already on Microsoft 365 or Power BI, it slots in without much friction.
