A significant driver of business process efficiency
In addition to providing a strong solution to the core problems of PPM, Clarizen's platform supports an excellent level of self-service configuration that has allowed us to integrate data and automate supporting business processes to product even greater efficiency.
The amount of functionality in the tool is high; this drives some complexity in the interface that has, in turn, made adoption more difficult for some of our users.
Our initial use case for Clarizen was to solve for top-down visibility in project/program management. Our global PMO and senior managers now have a central source for viewing key information on our portfolio. Clarizen's P.S. team and roadmap have enabled us to continue finding new ways to integrate additional business processes into the solution.

Great for time tracking and expense reports
Super easy to track and submit hours, including setting up as many projects as necessary.
Certain reports are only available to certain licenses, not allowing basic licenses to see things like time tracking reports for project management or PTO.
We've used Clarizen for 10+ years and it is easy to create and manage projects for time tracking to better understand where our hours are spent, as well as for client billing. We also use it for Expense reports, which is nice to be able to do it all within one platform.
