OKRs stay visible inside employee tools, 1:1 meetings follow structured agendas, and the public praise wall brings recognition into the open. It's a good fit if you're trying to build a continuous feedback culture rather than just run annual reviews.

PerformYard takes a more process-first approach. You can set up review cycles, question types, and 360 inputs the way your organization actually works, and the goal cascade feature helps break strategy into assignable steps across every level. Users find it easy to get started without a steep learning curve.
