I decided whether to make it live immediately or wait until everything was ready. Then, I linked the collaboration to specific courses, users and groups, and uploaded documents, links and other resources for learners to review and discuss. Once live, learners could start engaging — reading, sharing posts, replying, liking and even messaging or chatting with others (thanks to the Microsoft Teams integration).
