In my experience, the mobile app feels limited and less robust compared to the web platform. The app’s loading times are slow, and its core features are limited to contacts, activities and deal pipelines.

Overall, Pipedrive is an ideal choice for small to medium-sized businesses looking for an affordable, visually appealing CRM with solid core functionality. Just be strategic about which add-ons and higher tiers you invest in.

I explored Pipedrive's lead management function, walking through the process of adding a new lead, converting it to a deal and adding products to the deal. Here's how the platform works:

The deal value automatically updated based on the added products, leaving no room for manual errors. I recommend using the **Products** section whenever it's relevant. It helps break down the deal value accurately and also allows you to generate detailed reports. These reports can show you the value of deals won for each product or service, highlighting what's driving your business's revenue.

  
## Limitations

At the time of this review, these are the limitations according to user feedback:

  
* Pipedrive lacks a dedicated case management system for creating, tracking and managing customer support requests, issues or feedback.
* Users cannot create entirely new custom modules beyond the platform's existing built-in options to capture specialized information.
