For example, I set up a trigger that automatically creates a work order for HVAC maintenance every six months. Simple and effective. I also loved the workflow automation. Creating "if-this-then-that" rules made repetitive tasks a breeze to manage. For instance, I set up a rule that automatically assigns emergency work orders to the most experienced technician, ensuring critical issues were resolved quickly and efficiently. The work order system had me hooked from the start. Creating a work order was as simple as clicking a button, and I could track every step, from assignment to completion.
