OpenSesame works better if you want a curated, ready-to-deploy course catalog that plugs into your existing LMS. GO1's content library is massive — over 500,000 resources from global providers — and it pairs that with actual course creation tools. You can build programs with modules, activities and events, repurpose content with an advanced course editor, and set up certification pathways that track expiring licenses. That makes it a strong pick if you want both off-the-shelf content and the ability to create your own. OpenSesame takes a different approach. Its library of 22,000+ courses is smaller but deliberately curated — content providers are vetted for quality. It covers specialized areas like DEI (900+ courses), safety training (OSHA, first aid, electrical safety), and professional certifications like PMI/PMP and CompTIA. If you're deploying training across a diverse workforce and quality consistency matters more than sheer volume, that curation is a real advantage. On pricing, GO1 starts at $10 per user per month, which makes costs predictable as your headcount grows. OpenSesame starts at $5 per course on a usage-based model, so what you pay depends on which courses you actually use. That can work out well for smaller teams or selective deployments, but it's harder to forecast costs at scale. GO1 is the stronger choice if you're managing compliance training with certification deadlines or need to blend custom and off-the-shelf content in one platform. OpenSesame is worth a closer look if you want high-quality, specialized courses — especially safety, DEI or professional certifications — and your LMS is already set up to handle the integration. ### User Sentiment Summary GO1 has a user sentiment rating of 83 based on 50 reviews.
