  •  Can’t create formulas using IF/THEN terminology without creating multiple calculated fields that interact with each other. 
  •  Pulling reports can take some trial and error. 
  •  Parts of the interface are not very intuitive, increasing errors.

Onboarding services, along with other nonprofit services such as advisory services, consultative services, health check and more are available. Chat and concierge services are available between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday, with after-hours support available 24/7.
