The note templates, calendar tools, and client portal are all designed to keep things moving without a lot of setup. Users find the scheduling workflow intuitive and like that clients can manage appointments and communicate through the portal. Telehealth is baked in, with encrypted video sessions that connect directly to patient records. ICANotes takes a different approach. Its button-driven interface lets clinicians build notes with a level of specificity that goes beyond most EHR templates.
