Some of the product limitations include:

  •  iContact Pro Select doesn’t provide complimentary unlimited storage for storing images 
  •  Doesn’t directly integrate with many cloud-based applications, such as CRMs, online forms and lead generation tools 
  •  The solution allows a limited number of integrations via Zapier 
  •  The solution offers limited capability in terms of building forms for reviews and doesn’t allow customization of forms 
  •  iContact Pro Select doesn’t support advanced tagging or segmentation functionality

Suite Support

There are two tiers of support available from iContact, Regular and Pro. Pro users get all of the benefits of Regular users, as well as additional features such as email support.

Maintenance Cost

  • Contact Pro provides Premier Customer Support and API support services to the users. The cost is over and above the subscription fee

  • The cost varies depending on the functional requirements added on. The add-ons could be inbox troubleshooting, custom in-depth reporting, API support, Salesforce Sync and Lead Scoring
Data Migration Cost/Change Management/Upfront Switching Cost
  • Cost varies depending on which legacy system is used (an older, proprietary system or disparate systems), amount of business and historical data to be migrated to the new system, intensity of data migration to the new system, complexity and availability of data migration tools
