Suite Support

Support for Eloqua has three tiers: Standard, Marketing Cloud Member, and Priority. Every Oracle Marketing Cloud member has access to a variety of support options, including chat support, phone support, ticketing, training and priority services. Priority members get access to the priority service.

school Training: Eloqua training offers free B2B training, as well as a certificate in the Eloqua software itself. Taking the certificates themselves range in pricing. The 2019 training is free, while the 2017 certification exam costs $245 to take.
