**Bottom line:** Power Apps and AppSheet both let non-coders build business apps fast, but the right pick depends on your existing stack. Power Apps fits Microsoft shops that want deep ties to Teams, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365\. AppSheet is the better choice if you live in Google Workspace or need solid offline use for mobile workers.

Power Apps starts at $5 per user per month, and AppSheet also starts at $5 per user per month with a freemium tier. The headline numbers match, but your real cost depends on connectors, premium features, and how you license across your org.

For app types, Power Apps gives you both canvas and model-driven builds, so you can pick free-form design or a more structured, data-first approach. AppSheet leans into spreadsheet-driven apps and shines when your data already lives in Google Sheets, Excel, or a SQL database.
