Limitations

At the time of this review’s publication, these are the limitations of Mindflash, based on user feedback:

  • Uploaded files must be under 1 GB in size (as of May 2020)
  • Users have asked for more functionality and flexibility; this is especially prevalent when pulling data, creating reports and testing/assessing capabilities

Clients can directly reach the Mindflash support team through phone or email. The website has various resources such as additional literature, a blog, case studies and more. For those with specific questions who don't want to use the phone, there’s a knowledge base that covers common issues surrounding billing and user management that also has video tutorials.
