Clio Manage starts at $39 per user per month on its EasyStart plan, with Essentials at $79, Advanced at $109, and Complete at $139\. Centerbase starts at $59 per month and uses role-based pricing, so you add or drop licenses as your firm changes. Centerbase support is sold separately at $200 per hour through partners, which is worth budgeting for. Day-to-day use feels different. Clio Manage leans on a clean interface, automatic time capture from emails and calendar events, and a long list of integrations like Outlook, QuickBooks, Dropbox, and Google Drive.
