Entra ID is the call if you're already deep in Microsoft 365 and Azure and want IAM that locks in with the rest of the ecosystem. OneLogin gives you broad reach across cloud apps. Pre-built connectors for Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Office 365 cut rollout time, and adaptive authentication watches behavior for risk signals. Entra ID leans into the Microsoft world. Conditional access policies, identity protection, and Privileged Identity Management all click cleanly with Microsoft 365 and Azure, which simplifies day-to-day admin work for Microsoft shops. On price, OneLogin starts at $4 per month. Entra ID uses a custom quote with monthly billing, which fits enterprise procurement but doesn't show a public starting figure. Both have friction. OneLogin shows occasional integration hiccups and slowdowns during peak hours, and lower tiers limit customization.
