The platform’s modular architecture combines core HR, talent management and HR service delivery — you can layer in workforce management or HCM analytics as needed.Infor’s notable strengths include its vertical-focused solutions. You get pre-configured workflows, compliance logic and operational models tuned for specific industries through its CloudSuites — something few vendors match out of the box.Talent Science is an asset if your hiring strategy relies heavily on assessing behavioral fit. It links psychometric testing with job success predictions in employee records.SuccessFactors and Dayforce prefer to go broad, offering comprehensive talent management capabilities out of the box. I specifically liked how Infor’s Fit Analysis spider chart makes it easier for employees to see where they fit and how they can grow.Infor HR Service Delivery, included in the base package, is another selling point. It automates support requests with case routing, knowledge bases and SLAs. One example: VNS Health reached a 97.2% resolution rate after adopting the platform.
