  • Payroll: A number of tools help execute payroll, including regulatory compliance, employee access, pre-built reports, and automatic generation and filing of 1094s and 1095s for ACA. The software automatically calculates benefits deductions, so payroll numbers are always updated. It also automatically syncs with all HR data for accurate records. Additionally, Namely handles end-of-year reports like W-2s and 1099s, as well as tax filing. 
  • Time & Attendance: The platform allows you to transfer data to the payroll module for accurate processing. It has options for online time tracking and physical clocks equipped with punch-in methods including PIN, fingerprint and ID card. View a summary of data surrounding hourly workers with the admin dashboard shows and use reports to drill into greater detail on different metrics. There are also features for scheduling, managing overtime and performing mass editing actions. 
  • Talent Management: Namely provides onboarding capabilities, eSignature tools, custom performance reviews, task tracking, configurable employee surveys, tools for setting and managing goals, automated review cycles that you can customize, and other elements. 
  • Benefits Administration: Offer employees a range of benefits features like health insurance, FSA and HSA options, life and disability insurance, 401(k), wellness programs, and more. You can also offer additional insurance coverage for pets and identity theft. The Namely Exchange, created by Namely and Cigna, lets you build plan mixes that employees can choose from. It automatically sends employee elections to Cigna.

  • Mobile App: Namely provides an app for iOS and Android. Employees can request time off, while managers can receive notifications and view team PTO. The app also has geo-fencing capabilities for time management. 
  • Open API: The system includes an open API, enabling Namely to act as your system of record. This allows you to bring in data from platforms your organization uses, such as an applicant tracking system, learning management system or ERP. It also facilitates single sign-on (SSO).
