Great Customer Service
Great Customer Service. Once you get used to the system it is easy to navigate. I know there are a lot of features that I'm not even using yet.
A little on the expensive side. It is a great program but is a little costly for a smaller practice.
The customer service is fast and knowledgeable.

This product is affordable, easy to use, and has a great interconnected billing software which makes it a one stop shop.
I have occasionally experienced slow connection speed and downtime during normal business hours that was inconvenient.
