learning curve that slows down new users ### Our Review **Bottom line:** Viva Glint is the better fit if you're already in the Microsoft ecosystem and want a clean, accessible platform for real-time engagement feedback. Gallup Access is the stronger choice if you need deep benchmarking against industry data and built-in tools to turn survey results into action plans. Viva Glint connects directly with Microsoft 365, which makes it easy to fold into tools your team already uses. Users find the interface approachable, and the real-time analytics give you a quick read on engagement trends. That said, some users note the navigation takes more clicks than it should, and the platform works best as a starting point rather than a full-featured analytics engine. Gallup Access takes a more comprehensive approach.
