On the clinical side, eClinicalWorks brings a full suite of AI tools. Sunoh transcribes patient-provider conversations into structured notes during the visit. Image AI automatically matches incoming faxes to the right patient record. An RPA layer handles repetitive tasks like updating charts and processing lab results. CompuGroup Medical doesn't offer comparable AI documentation features, but it does let your staff work offline — a real advantage for mobile or rural care settings where connectivity isn't guaranteed.
