**Bottom line:** Zoho CRM is the better pick if you need deep CRM functionality — AI-powered sales tools, territory management and broad integration coverage. monday CRM is worth a look if you prioritize an easy-to-use interface and want to get your team up and running fast without a lot of technical setup.

Zoho's AI assistant, Zia, sets it apart from monday in meaningful ways. It predicts which leads and deals are most likely to close, recommends the best times to send emails or make calls and analyzes sentiment in customer messages. monday doesn't have a comparable AI layer — its strength is in visual pipeline management and no-code workflow automation that non-technical users can configure themselves.

Zoho starts at $14 per user per month and monday starts at $12 per user per month. The gap is small at entry level, but both platforms get considerably more expensive as you add users or unlock advanced features. On monday, most integrations and multi-board dashboards require the Standard or Pro plan. On Zoho, contract and quote tools live in separate add-on products like Zoho Contracts and Zoho Subscriptions.
