###  Our Review

**Bottom line:** SuiteCRM is the stronger pick for budget-conscious or technical teams that need deep customization without per-seat licensing costs, while monday CRM is the better fit if you want a modern, visually driven platform your whole team can get up and running quickly.

SuiteCRM is open-source and free to use with no user caps. Paid hosting plans start at $175 per month. monday CRM starts at $12 per user per month for its Basic plan, but the features that make it stand out — advanced dashboards and access to 200+ integrations — sit behind the Standard or Pro tiers at $17 and $28 per user per month.

If your team has technical resources, SuiteCRM's flexibility pays off. You can build out contract management, invoicing, catalogs, and complex workflows tailored to exactly how you sell. But that customization comes at a price: deeper changes usually require developer involvement, and the interface takes time to learn — it's not the most modern-looking tool out there.

monday CRM takes the opposite approach. The no-code automation builder and visual deal boards are genuinely easy to work with. You can set up pipelines, automated reminders, and lead routing without touching code. The offline mobile app is also useful if your team works in the field.

Neither product is perfect on integrations. SuiteCRM connects through a RESTful API, which works but requires setup. monday has more pre-built integrations, though some tools still need Zapier or custom connectors — and accessing the full integration library means moving past the Basic plan.

If you want full control over your CRM without recurring per-seat fees and you're comfortable with some technical setup, SuiteCRM is hard to beat. But if you want something your whole team can start using quickly and you're OK paying more as you scale, monday CRM is the stronger choice.
