The software enabled a small team to manage a database of 600 potential donors, handle tax letters automatically and free up time for personal donor communications. It streamlined their outreach efforts and supported detailed record-keeping, promoting transparent communication about how they used donations.Users widely appreciate DonorPerfect’s customer service. They say the support team is knowledgeable and quick to respond.
