**Bottom line:** Pipedrive and Salesflare both target small and mid-sized sales teams, but they solve different problems. Pick Pipedrive if you want a visual pipeline you control manually. Pick Salesflare if you want the CRM to capture data for you so you can spend more time selling.

Pipedrive fits small and medium-sized businesses across any industry, with some extras for financial services like insurance and mortgage brokers. Salesflare is built for small B2B businesses and start-ups that want automation to do the heavy lifting on contact and interaction data.

Pricing leans in Pipedrive's favor. Pipedrive starts at $14 per seat per month, while Salesflare starts at $29 per user per month. Pipedrive's entry tier covers core CRM functions, though users note that advanced reporting and richer integrations sit in higher tiers.

Day-to-day, the two feel different. Pipedrive gives you visual pipeline control, a sales assistant and a products catalog you can attach to deals. Salesflare logs calls and meetings automatically, scores leads by engagement and pulls contact details from email and social sources without you touching a form.
