What do you like best? Its cheap and has no contract, although this is also a disadvantage when worrying about Data Sovereignty and Prism etc What do you dislike? Lack of UK support, looks like they pulled our of the UK this year and have no local people or local hosting! Also with no contract option means users in the UK can be left shy of the Data Protection act principals. Recommendations to others considering the product Is it marketing or CRM ? for CRM check out the G2 CRM grid for stronger CRM offerings.

What do you like best? If you want to build systems for you business then this software is simply the best. It systematizes your marketing, internal processes, client interaction, and can literally help you improve your businesses productivity and profitability. What do you dislike? Currently as of April 2013 I'm not to crazy about their email builder. Yes it has drag and drop functionality which is pretty cool, because you can quickly build a nice looking email with relative ease. However, if you plan on writing your emails within the builder it will occasionally omit letters as you type and sometimes it will change the entire font for no apparent reason. In addition to that I hear that the next software update will totally fix this issue. Which will totally rock. We'll see how goes whenever the new update is made public. Recommendations to others considering the product If you're sick of juggling a shopping cart, email marketing, a CRM, and/or a sales system like Salesforce then this is the system you need. It combines all of those into one complete system so everything is talking to each other. For example, if I have an autoresponder with 7 emails scheduled and someone buys my product from my shopping cart it will stop the 7 email autoresponder and start a "new customer upsell" autoresponder series. That's only a small simplified sample of what it can do.

What do you like best? I like that all customer intelligence is gathered in one place - marketing emails, shopping cart software, sales force automation, accounting, and credit card processing. They're constantly making improvements on the software. Their support team is VERY SMART and you get high-level answers. What do you dislike? The reports could use some improvement. The Outlook sidebar needs to be updated so it works with Outlook 2013. I have confidence that they will update soon. Recommendations to others considering the product Take the time to set Infusionsoft up right. Think through your options. Work with someone who's experienced because there are lots of hidden features that can add a ton of value....but you won't find these features if you do it yourself without instruction or guidance.
