**Bottom line:** HubSpot is the better pick if you want a connected platform that handles CRM, marketing and service in one place. OnePageCRM is the better pick if you run a small sales team and want a clean, action-first tool that keeps your reps focused on closing.

HubSpot's biggest draw is how much it connects. Everything from deal tracking to email campaigns to support tickets lives in one system, so your team doesn't bounce between tools. The built-in AI assistant can draft emails, summarize call records and clean up duplicate contacts without any extra setup.

OnePageCRM takes a very different approach. It's built around the Next Action philosophy — every contact has a clear next step, so nothing slips through the cracks. Users find it easier to stay on top of their pipeline without getting lost in features they don't need. It's worth noting that integrations are more limited, with around 20 pre-built connections compared to HubSpot's 100+.
