I could create almost any workflow, which is great for keeping leads engaged. The client contact record system keeps everything organized and easy to find in one place. I enjoyed working with pipelines, email broadcasts and the email builder. The tagging and audience creation system is also well-designed.During my research, I found a case that shows what Keap can do when used to its full potential. Shanterria Earley, who runs Travel Divas ( a $17 million travel business), automated almost every aspect of her business using Keap. She started with basic automation for marketing campaigns and payments but eventually created automated systems for everything from travel guides and sales emails to payment plans and customer service.She uses Keap's tracking pixel to trigger targeted sales emails when contacts visit specific travel pages. The platform also helps manage long-term payment plans for trips booked 18 months in advance.
