Instead of waiting on static reports, the system continuously analyzes customer context — past purchases, support history, engagement patterns — and suggests the next-best action instantly. That meant I could quickly see whether the right move was a service intervention, an upsell opportunity or a new outreach.Another strength is how case management is baked right into the CRM. Unlike platforms that bolt it on, Pega makes it easy to handle complex, multi-step processes without losing visibility. Every task, exception and escalation stay connected to the customer record, which is a huge advantage for teams managing long or regulated processes.While exploring Pega’s case management, I appreciated how smoothly cases move through the workflow. Instead of manually advancing each step, the system automatically progresses cases from Intake to Automatic Routing to Close Case.
