 What we dislike about Dynamics 365 CRM and NetSuite CRM:

* Navigation is complicated and trips up new users, especially early on
* Performance can lag — syncing and routine tasks sometimes run slowly
* Pricing often grows beyond the base rate once add-ons and implementation support are included

* Interface feels dated and is harder to navigate than most modern CRMs
* Implementation is lengthy, complex and typically requires outside technical expertise
* Customer support can be difficult to reach and slow to resolve issues

###  Our Review

**Bottom line:** Dynamics 365 CRM is the better fit if you're already in the Microsoft ecosystem and need strong sales and marketing automation. NetSuite CRM makes more sense if you need CRM tightly connected to ERP, financials and order management.

Dynamics 365 works natively with Outlook, Teams, Excel and Power BI, so your team doesn't have to leave the tools they already use. Lead scoring, intelligent scheduling and multichannel campaigns — including LinkedIn lead nurturing — give sales and marketing teams solid tools without needing extra platforms.

NetSuite CRM takes a different approach. It connects sales directly to financials, inventory and fulfillment, so your team can see payment history, outstanding invoices and order status alongside standard CRM data. If you use NetSuite ERP or plan to, you get a genuinely unified view of the customer from first contact through renewal.

On pricing, Dynamics 365 starts at $65 per user per month, though costs often climb when add-ons and implementation support are included. NetSuite starts at $1,188 per month as a flat platform fee rather than per user, which changes the math depending on your team size.

Both have a real learning curve. Dynamics 365 navigation trips up new users, and performance can lag. NetSuite's implementation is a bigger lift — it takes longer to get running and typically needs outside technical help. NetSuite's interface is also more dated than Dynamics 365's.

If your work lives in Microsoft tools and you want strong sales automation without a long setup, Dynamics 365 is the easier path. If you're scaling and need CRM and back-office data in one system — especially with complex order flows or channel partners — NetSuite's integration depth is worth the heavier implementation.
