  • Call Center Capabilities: With PBX (private branch exchange) functionality, Bitrix24 supports routing, queueing, voicemail, call transfers and forwarding, employee extensions, and recording. You can also use telemarketing features such as voice or SMS broadcasting, automatic call transcribing, callback requests and more. The system supports local numbers across more than 50 countries and can integrate with RingCentral and other VoIP tools.
