Bluebeam Revu starts at $49 per user per month. Construction Cloud starts at $85 per month. Bluebeam fits smaller teams and individual estimators who want a focused tool. Construction Cloud leans toward medium and large contractors running commercial, healthcare or heavy civil projects.

If your stack already includes Revit, AutoCAD or Civil 3D, Construction Cloud is the natural fit. It pulls models from those tools without opening them and supports Revit cloud worksharing. Bluebeam connects with construction management platforms and BIM software, but its center of gravity is PDF-based work.
