A great beginner friendly platforms for new users
I have used BIM 360 docs a lot . It is easy to use ans helps manage docs easily. Also allows you to create and maintain checklists.
I don't see any of those yet. Can process more fast.
The system can be used to share information as well as drawings ect. Providing access to the system by the client and contractor provides an audit trail of contractors downloading documents and a log of when documents have been uploaded.

Great PM platform
First time I got introduced to BIM was in my work placement. It made team communication more effective and helped to lay out our project tasks which made team work more efficient.
With other available PM softwares BIM 360 lacks features that would help it stand.

Not My Favorite
One good thing about BIM 360 is being able to give access to the projects to anyone with an account. You can access the files from anywhere.
We typically deal with multiple large models, We also typically use Revit worksharing so we have multiple people in the projects. BIM 360 is much slower compared to other services I have used. It is also difficult to use with windows file explorer, you have to actually log in online to delete or rename files.
