It works best if you have 500 or more employees, run multiple compensation cycles per year, or need strong compliance and audit trails. The platform scored best-in-class for budgeting and compliance in our analysis, and it supports up to 12 annual cycles with independent rules and budgets for each.

That said, it's not lightweight. Setup requires vendor assistance, the UI has a learning curve, and integrating with existing HR systems can take effort. If you're a smaller team looking for a plug-and-play tool, it's probably more than you need.

Where it falls short is in analytics. There's no DEI reporting, no automatic forecasting, and reporting customization is limited. If those gaps matter to you, PayScale and DecuSoft are worth a look.
