Compease leans into simplicity. Users find the interface a breath of fresh air next to more complex competitors, and the platform pairs that with 24 salary grades, job evaluation criteria, and annual salary data updates. It's a good fit if you want to get moving quickly without a long setup.

Compport is built for heavier lifts. Its Compensation Modeling Engine lets you test how plan changes hit budgets, pay equity and accruals, and its pay equity dashboards flag gaps in real time. If you're running global comp with multiple pay structures, that depth pays off.
