Zendesk specializes in cloud-based solutions that help companies provide better customer support, increase sales and streamline communication. Its initial offerings focused on customer service and help desk software. ##  Leadership

Tom Eggemeier has been leading Zendesk as its CEO since November 2022\. He also serves on the boards of G2, Axiom, Seismic and Mimecast. He previously headed Genesys, a leading global provider of omnichannel customer service and contact center management systems.

Colleen Berube has been the Senior Vice President of Operations and Chief Information Officer at Zendesk since 2020\. She has helped create strategies to support Zendesk’s growth and foster a customer-centric environment.
