EMaint’s work order management module lets users generate work order requests from any device with a web browser. These can be assigned to individual technicians and monitored as they move along the pipeline. Managers can view all open work orders or filter work orders by fields such as technician, department or type.
Users of eMaint can add or remove user-defined fields into any work order or other form submitted through the software. This is beneficial for hotel management as they have very different needs than a manufacturing plant or apartment complex, and out-of-the-box work orders might not be a good fit for you. You can adjust form layouts and control field properties to ensure standardized form completion and restrict access to users with specific roles (for example, only an admin may mark work orders “closed”).

This auto-generates a PDF copy of all completed work orders and attaches it to the project file for easy access later.
