CallTrackingMetrics suits you better if call routing, IVRs and deeper integrations sit at the center of your workflow.

CallRail starts at $50 per month, while CallTrackingMetrics starts at $65 per month. The gap isn't huge, but CallRail comes in a bit cheaper at the entry tier. Just keep in mind users have flagged price increases over time on CallRail, so check current quotes before you sign.
