Where it shines is sourcing and collaboration. You can post to multiple job boards at once, lean on AI to surface candidates from internal and external databases, and give your whole hiring team a shared space to review and move candidates forward.

That said, it's not the most flexible tool if you need deep customization. Users run into friction when trying to tailor application forms or capture position-specific data, and the mobile app is more limited than the desktop version.
