Limitations

Some of the product limitations include:

  •  Does not support online analytical processing (OLAP) 
  •  Users cannot predict the profitability of projects or departments using QlikView 
  •  The solution does not help users identify patterns within data 
  •  Lacks ad hoc reporting functionality 
  •  Does not allow users to schedule receiving BI reports at specific times in a particular format 

QlikView Suite Support

There are two tiers of support available to customers: Standard and Enterprise. Enterprise provides access to standard features, as well as its own set of unique features.

phonePhone: All users can receive phone support, though Standard users can only access support between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Enterprise users have full, 24-hour access to phone support any day of the week.
schoolTraining: Both Standard and Enterprise users have access to Qlik’s support enablement services, which is their training services. They offer a QlikView specific training course, ranging from instructor-led to self-paced to continuous learning. The company also offers a certification/qualification program in QlikView. Certifications are expert-level training modules for the software, whereas qualification programs offer basic-level knowledge.
